What happened to Spring?

Not to much to report this week. Cole has expanded on his newly found love of Star Wars by watching the Empire Strikes Back 3 times (so far -- the movie's not due back until Saturday...yikes.) He was commended at school this week. The class was assigned to write the letter V in their journals -- he wrote it 17 times. Quite the overachiever I'd say.

Hayley is doing well too. She continues to keep us on our toes. No crawling yet -- but she's very eager. She continues to love eating and jumping! She's becoming proficient at saying "hi" with the wave now.

The Mets played the Cardinals this week. Another 36-36 tie...surprise, surprise... The game could only be described as FA-REEZING! It was about 49 degrees with a brisk wind. Hayley and Mom only stopped by for about 15 minutes. BRRRR. See ya next week!

We weren't great with the camera this week. Sort of hectic around here with Hayley having another double ear infection. She's on antibiotics now and is much better. She has also spent the week refining her bye-bye wave. Unfortunately, though, she does not discriminate who she waves at -- everyone is Da Da.

In case you forgot to Tivo the big game -- here's the recap... It was the Mets vs. the Rangers on Sunday afternoon. Final score was tied at 36-36.

Spring has sprung!

It's been a beautiful week -- at last! And we've taken full advantage of it. We had a short visit from John's parents and got some yard work done. This week starts baseball for Cole! See you next week!

Welcome to April!

This was a slow week at the our house! We're all just waiting for the weather to break. This weekend was spent running errands and trying to stay dry. Have a good one!
