We love ice cream...

We'd love it more if it were 80 degrees out, of course.... Nevertheless we had a fun visit with Lily and Mr. Stuart and Miss Marcy this Saturday. Enjoy the pictures below. Most of the rest of the week was spent under a layer of ice. School was off Wednesday and Thursday and Tuesday and Friday were only 1/2 days. So we've sort of seen TOO much of each other now, I think. Mom is really ready for everyone to head back to school. Saturday we had a family trip to the gym in the morning before our trip to visit Lily. Sunday we hung around the house in the morning and Dad and Cole went rollerblading in the afternoon while the girls went to the mall. Enjoy this week! I think the thaw may be just around the corner!!!

First off, we all want to wish GG a big happy birthday on his 90th!!! Wish we could be there to celebrate! Here's the next best thing:



Last week we had a fun, but FREEEEEZING, vacation! Cole was quite a trooper and got in 6 days of skiing. BUT, it was too cold for mom, so there are no pictures or video. He skied his first black diamond slope this trip and seems to have quite a knack for the sport. Hayley and mom had fun too -- mostly at home -- but with 2 visits to the rec center to play some soccer. It's heated there, so there is video of Hayley playing soccer.... We're gearing up for an ice storm this week, so get your golf spikes and sno-melt ready! See you next week!
